42 South Street is a flex/R&D facility located in Hopkinton, MA that will total 103,306 square feet upon repositioning. The building is currently fully vacant, but Rhino has executed a lease with Isto Biologics for the 50% of the building – prior to lease commencement, Rhino will remove approximately 12,500 square feet of the second floor to provide high bay space for the tenant’s assembly area. For the remaining 50% of the building, Rhino plans to remove 11,500 square feet of the second floor to create another high-bay suite for a future tenant.
