530 Turnpike is a 101,200 square foot build-to-suit warehouse for Beacon Roofing Supply. Beacon is the largest publicly traded distributor of residential and commercial roofing materials in North America. This site serves as a regional distribution facility for Beacon. Rhino identified the site off-market and fully entitled the development, closing on the land in February 2023.
